• We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your purchase.
  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packing to be eligible for a return. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • We do not accept returned things that are sent back to us without first consulting with us.
  • For returns, please utilize a local postal courier rather than DHL or any courier that may be subject to customs duties.
  • Returns of unused or unlike items will be subject to a shipping charge. If you want to return any damaged, defective, or erroneous things that you receive, we will cover the transportation costs.

Issues and damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken, damaged, or you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess and correct the situation.

PROCESS OF RETURN/REFUND

  1. Please email us first at service@kickfancy.com, and we will respond as quickly as possible. In the email, please provide your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. We’ll start by seeing if the merchandise you received fits the return or exchange criteria.
  2. Return/exchange item(s) that are broken or defective: You must provide a photo or video that clearly shows the damaged or defective items, as well as a description of the problem(s) with your item. If you are unable to transmit an image, please let us know and we would be pleased to assist you.
  3. If you are qualified to return an item and need to do so, we will provide you with a return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which you should clearly put on the label or the outside of the box. We will not be able to process your request until the RMA number is clearly visible on your package and you have emailed us a tracking number at service@kickfancy.com.
  4. Please return your things within 7 working days after getting the return address we provided. After 7 days, items are no longer available for exchange or refund.
  5. It will take 3-7 days for us to process your request once it has arrived at our facilities. Our warehouse personnel will verify and account for everything you’ve sent us during this time. We will contact you through email as soon as we receive confirmation from our warehouse to confirm receipt of your return and complete the procedure. In 7-14 days, you should receive your reimbursement. If you have not received it, we recommend that you check with your bank first; if there is a problem, please contact us via email.
